Fliss has 18 years of experience working with children. She has a post graduate diploma in early years and one in behaviour management. She has extensive experience working with SEN in particular Autism.
Fliss is playful and has a lot of energy. In her spare time she likes to run. Fliss has a passion for promoting mental health in both staff and children. Fliss believes in valuing staff and children to ensure a relaxed and productive environment. All staff receive bristol living wage Fliss is approachable and offers practical advice for staff and parents.
